Welcome to AI Gift Idea. By using aigiftfind.com (the "Site") or our AI Gift Finder tool, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them — we've written them to be clear, not confusing.

3. What AI Gift Idea Offers

AI Gift Idea provides a free, AI-powered gift recommendation service. You describe who you're shopping for, and our AI suggests gift ideas with links to purchase them from third-party retailers.

Our service is for personal, non-commercial use. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

4. AI-Generated Recommendations

Our Gift Finder uses artificial intelligence to generate gift suggestions. Important limitations to understand:

  • Recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees. The AI generates ideas based on the information you provide. Results may not always be perfect matches.
  • We don't control third-party products. We are not responsible for the quality, availability, accuracy of description, or pricing of products sold by retailers we link to.
  • Prices and availability change. Product prices and availability at linked retailers can change at any time. Always verify current pricing before purchasing.
  • AI can make mistakes. Like all AI systems, ours can occasionally produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected responses. Use your own judgment before making a purchase.

5. Affiliate Links and Third-Party Retailers

All content on aigiftfind.com — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and the AI Gift Finder interface — is the property of AI Gift Idea or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view, print, and share content from the Site for personal, non-commercial use, with appropriate attribution to aigiftfind.com. You may not reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit our content without our express written permission.

8. User-Submitted Content

Our Site does not currently have user accounts, comments, or submission features. If we add such features in the future, additional terms will apply. Any feedback you send us by email may be used to improve our service without compensation or attribution obligation.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Site is free of viruses or other harmful components

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI GIFT IDEA AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSSES FROM RELIANCE ON AI RECOMMENDATIONS, THIRD-PARTY PURCHASE DISPUTES, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS.

IN ANY EVENT, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. (Since our service is free, this typically means $0.)

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Gift Idea, its operators, and any affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts located in Westchester County, New York.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Gift Idea regarding your use of the Site.
